BLOG TOUR REVIEW ~WELCOME TO THE DARK SIDE BY GIANA DARLING~

Title: Welcome to the Dark Side
Author: Giana Darling
Series: The Fallen Men #2
Release Date: April 20, 2018
I was a good girl.

I ate my vegetables, volunteered at the local autism centre and sat in the front pew of church every Sunday.

Then, I got cancer.

What the hell kind of reward was that for a boring life well lived?

I was a seventeen-year-old paradigm of virtue and I was tired of it.

So, when I finally ran into the man I'd been writing to since he saved my life as a little girl and he offered to show me the dark side of life before I left it for good, I said yes.

Only, I didn't know that Zeus Garro was the President of The Fallen MC and when you made a deal with a man who is worse than the devil, there was no going back...

This is Daddy Zeus Garro's story from Lessons In Corruption. A standalone in The Fallen Men Series.
Zeus and Lou have stolen my heart!! This is the first book I've read by Giana Darling, and you can bet, I'll be devouring the rest of them just as soon as I can. Welcome to the Dark Side is dark than dark, Z and Lou are like a cataclysm, and this book had a strangle hold on me from the very first heart-pounding page, through that one crocodile tear inducing scene, past those intensely fierce erotic moments, until the very last word. Intense, right? This book is all that and more.

With an almost forbidden taste to it, but an overwhelming need for the two main characters to ride off into the sunset (literally) Z and Lou's story whipped me through every emotion on a higher level than I ever thought possible from a book. Sad, happy, angry, enamored, all those words are far too dull for the tumultuous upheaval this book takes a reader through.

Don't let me dissuade with this warning, but this book is very dark, very crass, and very ugly at times. But that's what made the good times so much better. And as for that previously mentioned crocodile tear inducing scene...well, I have a few words I'd like to give the author over the outcome of that scene. But for all my heartache over this book, it gave me a thousand times more happiness and excitement while reading it.

To say I loved Z and Lou's story would be the understatement of the year. I more than loved it. It is one of those books that made me immensely sad when it was over, and wishing I could read it for the first time all over again. But alas, I will hold Zeus and Lou in my heart, until I can hopefully revisit them in an upcoming Fallen Men book, because I WILL need more of them! And I can't wait to see what Giana Darling has in store for the other characters of this series!

Happy Reading!
