Probably true because she’s not mine to have and I’ll probably take her, even at the risk to my own safety. So many men slobbering to get a taste of her and only one, sweet, virginal girl to go around.

Oh this series. I can't even begin. With each installment, Ms. Bennett pushes the limit of the reader and her characters and delivers an ecstatic, erotic, yet heart-felt story. Wicked Ride is no exception. This book is layered with complexity and gut-wrenching experiences for our two main characters, Logan and Auralie. Nothing is as it seems with these two. Not their pasts, not their presents, and most assuredly where they thought their futures would go.
They weren't banking on finding each other. For Logan his plan was to live day to day, wallowing and gauging his heart out with memories of horrific moments he has not, and may never put to rest. For Auralie, her plan was simple: get in, get out, and get lost. Yet, they end up getting lost in one another. In a world where they both have to lay every ugly secret out on the line. But also a world of unimaginable pleasure, and happiness.
If ever there was someone to need someone else to cure his aching heart it would be Logan, and if ever there was someone who deserved a second chance to create her life it would be Auralie. They were made for each other, but they just weren't ready. And thus comes a spell-binding, whirlwind of a book that will leave you with warm fuzzies, but more importantly breathless.
A highly enjoyable and stunning addition to the Wicked Horse series. A must read!
