This book. This book. This book. It brought SO much heartache, and so much happiness. As the closure to Levi and Ivy's story, this book punched me in the gut. With the actions set forth in COLD, this book had so many hurdles to overcome. Ivy and Levi had so many hurdles to overcome. But they were the foundation of this book. They were rock solid, and I loved seeing that. The trouble and turmoil was in their surroundings. And they made never-ending impressions on who Ivy and Levi would be together and separately. These two have been put through the wringer, but their love only flourished in the face of every obstacle they encountered. Those obstacles were part of life. They unfair and ugly part of life, but they humanized these two characters even more for me, making them vivid and lively in my mind as I read their story.

This trilogy is intense and thought-provoking. It's not quirky and funny, it's dark, and sensual, and sad, and real. FOX was the perfect ending to this emotional rollercoaster, and though I'll miss Ivy and Levi deeply, they found their perfect ending.
