REVIEW ~Dirty Score by Skye Jordan~

Title: Dirty Score
Author: Skye Jordan
Series: Rough Riders #3
Release Date: November 14, 2016
Rafe “Savage” lives up to his name on the ice and in the bedroom. Forging a legacy as the Rough Riders’ most notorious playboy is easy when the woman he really wants is off limits. Mia’s brother isn’t just Rafe's best friend, he’s also a teammate. With the Cup in site, Rafe won’t screw with anything that threatens the team’s winning streak. But when Mia comes to town on a mission of her own, one little woman may turn out to be the toughest opponent Rafe’s ever faced.

When it comes to men, Mia is everyone’s best friend. But when it comes to romance, her relationships are destined for failure. With a new job awaiting her on the other side of the country, she’s determined to start fresh. To do that, she needs to let go of this stupid crush once and for all.

Seducing Rafe isn’t just the best option; it’s her only option. Until she discovers he’s been harboring the same feelings. And with his team weeks away from the biggest game of their career, and Mia’s new life waiting, their no strings affair threatens to tear both their worlds apart.
This readers loves nothing more than a good best friend's sister trope. But Dirty Score offered more than just your typical cookie-cutter trope. Rafe and Mia both hold themselves to higher standards. And the one man between them is Mia's brother. Rafe can't betray his best friend and give into his lust and love for Mia. But Mia is turning a new leaf in life. Where she puts herself first, and demands that others give her the respect they may not have, that includes Rafe and her brother. She needs more from Rafe though. She needs him. She needs him to give into the passion she feels through every fiber of her being when he looks at her. It just takes one night. One night to know what they've both been missing to upend both of their lives. But the ultimate question is will love make a difference?

I can express how much I love this book. Rafe and Mia were simply sublime in terms of an epic romance couple. Skye Jordan has the magic spark in her pages, and for me Dirty Score just upped the ante. I can't wait to catch up with more of the Rough Riders! A true must-read!

Skye Jordan is a pseudonym for New York Times bestselling romantic suspense author Joan Swan. Skye’s novels are about enjoying that little wild streak we don’t let out often enough. About those fantasies we rarely get the opportunity to indulge. About stretching limits, checking out the dark side, and maybe even acting a little naughty. They’re about escape and fun and pleasure and romance. And, yes, even love, because while wicked-great sex is good, happily ever after with wicked-great sex is even better.

When she’s not writing, Skye loves to read, knit, craft, row, ride, and dabble in photography.

REVIEW ~Dirty Sexy Sinner by Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde~

Title: Dirty Sexy Sinner
Author: Carly Phillips and Erika Wilde
Series: Dirty Sexy #4
Release Date: November 8, 2016
Are you ready to get in bed with a SINNER?

After a lifetime of lies, deceit and betrayal, Jackson Stone isn't a man who trusts easily—with women being at the top of the list. Now he’s all about control in every aspect of his life. Especially between the sheets. Hot, mutual pleasure with a woman? No problem, as long as he’s in charge. But there’s something different about sexy bartender Tara Kent that he finds irresistible, in bed and out. Something that has him willing to compromise his principles and bend his rules. Let the sinning begin

I cannot get enough of the Dirty Sexy Men. And Jackson Stone is no different. He is an unexpected yet, sublimely pleasant and sinful surprise. And what's more is that he finally brings Tara front and center. She has long been in the background in this series, and I was dying for her story. I just wasn't quite expecting what was given. Both Jackson and Tara delivered so much to this series. The upped the ante in every department. Emotions. Depth to the story. And let us not forget the completely spell-binding chemistry the two have.

Erika Wilde and Carly Phillips continue to wow me. Dirty Sexy Sinner was to a T what I needed for my book slump.  I just wish there was more to the series! But if you're looking for a dirty, sexy STUNNING read look no further. Of course all of the books in this series are amazing, but I think Dirty Sexy Sinner just won my heart... which is a feat to accomplish considering I fell head over heels multiples times over for Mason's story. Jackson and Tara have claimed my heart, and I'm not so sure I want it back!

Happy Reading!

RELEASE DAY REVIEW ~Sweet Cheeks by K. Bromberg~

Title: Sweet Cheeks
Author: K. Bromberg
Release Date: November 14, 2016
It all started with the invitation. To my ex-fiance’s new wedding.

I should have ignored it.Thrown it away. Set it afire. But I didn’t. I replied.

With a plus one.

And then my assistant accidentally mailed it.

Enter Hayes Whitley. Mega-movie star. The man who has captured the hearts of millions. But I gave him mine years ago. He was my first love. He was my everything. Right until he up and left to chase his dreams without so much as a simple goodbye.

When he showed up out of the blue ten years later, I should have known to steer clear. I should have rejected his offer to take me to my ex’s wedding. I should have never let him kiss me.

But I didn’t.

And now we’re left wondering if the pieces of the life we once shared still fit together somehow. First loves are hard to forget. The question is, do we want to forget? Or do we risk the chance and see what happens next?

HOLY CRAP. Saylor and Hayes just flat out blew me away. These two had so much baggage, so much connection that is seared the pages their story unfolded out on. A sexy and sweet bakery owner and a hot Hollywood star. They have a past. They have passion. And neither one will be denied any longer. It's high past time that Hayes and Saylor come to terms with their ill-fated early years.

And this second-chance romance gave them the perfect platform on which to fall victim to their own attraction and the whirlwind that is about to become both their lives. It's always been them. They just needed time. Whether they knew it or liked it, life had plans for them, and they were ready for the magnitude that is THEM before, but after life having her wicked way with them the past couple of years, Hayes is back and this time he can't leave her.

This book made me swoon and swoon hard. It gave me everything I was looking for in a book to capture my full attention and I loved every bit of it!

Happy Reading!

He chuckles and all of a sudden my back straightens. “That’s their schedule, Ships. Ours is a secret.” He abruptly stands and grabs my hand to pull me up. My body jolts at the connection that sitting side by side with him all this time has had buzzing just beneath the surface. As if knowing he was close enough to touch but not really touching was an awareness all in itself. I know he can feel it too. That I’m not alone. Because the words on his lips falter momentarily before he recovers. And a part of me wants to stay like this a bit longer but know it’s just that missed connection we lost so long ago that’s causing the sensations to simmer to the surface. Nostalgia. Muscle memory of the heart. “C’mon. Let’s go.”

“Go?”

“Yes. Go. It’ll be easier if you think of this whole trip as an adventure rather than their wedding.”

“And what? You’re my tour guide?”

“If that’s what you want to call me. I prefer cruise director though, considering we’re kind of stuck with the nautical theme, Ships.” He winks and holds his hand out.

“Oh, please.” I roll my eyes.

“Or captain.”

“You’re certifiable, you know that?” I shake my head and he pulls on my hand to help me stand.

“Quite possibly, but all that matters is I’m in charge of this schedule, and we need to get a move on it. Your adventure awaits.”

“And, oh captain, my captain, that adventure is what?” I drag my feet like a child, curious what he’s talking about but smiling nonetheless.

“Do you actually think I’m going to tell you?” He dazzles me with that smile I can’t resist. “Didn’t you know? Spontaneity is the best kind of adventure.”

Oh. Shit.

New York Times Bestselling author K. Bromberg writes contemporary novels that contain a mixture of sweet, emotional, a whole lot of sexy and a little bit of real. She likes to write strong heroines and damaged heroes who we love to hate and hate to love.

She’s a mixture of most of her female characters: sassy, intelligent, stubborn, reserved, outgoing, driven, emotional, strong, and wears her heart on her sleeve. All of which she displays daily with her husband and three children where they live in Southern California.

On a whim, K. Bromberg decided to try her hand at this writing thing. Since then she has written The Driven Series (Driven, Fueled, Crashed, Raced, Aced), the standalone Driven Novels (Slow Burn, Sweet Ache, Hard Beat, and Down Shift (Releasing 10/4/16)), and a short story titled UnRaveled. She is currently finishing up Sweet Cheeks a standalone novel out at the end of 2016.

Her plans for 2017 include a sports romance duet (The Player (#1) and The Catch (#2)) and the Everyday Heroes series (Cuffed (#1), Combust (#2), and Cockpit (#3). She’s also writing a novella for the 1,001 Dark Night series that will be out in February 2017.

She loves to hear from her readers so make sure you check her out on social media.
