What a lovely and sexy introduction to the Rosewood Bay series! Kane and Halley were unique and breath of fresh air characters. Coupled with the amazing storyline presented in FEARLESS, this book was over far too fast for me. Kane is sexy as sin and utterly sweet. Halley is fierce and relatable. The two of them together gave such a fun, heart-warming story, with emotional twists that kept me in rapt attention from the get-go.
My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is the length, I really wish there was more to the book. HOWEVER, that has everything to do with me being a selfish reader and wanting more of these characters that snuck into my heart, and nothing to do with the fact that the story was lacking. The book is complete, and utterly satisfying. I can't wait to get more acquainted with the Wards and Rosewood Bay! FEARLESS was a delicious taste of a world I can't wait to return to!
