No Remorse is a fan-freaking-tastic book! I loved the first standalone in the Manhunters series, but this one has taken the cake. Austin and Everly meet under less than ideal circumstances, but he needs her as much as she needs to infiltrate his life. The biggest problem they face, besides both of their lives, and that of Austin’s 4 year old daughter, at risk constantly, and a few too many close calls, is the burning desire Austin and Everly feel for each other. But he refuses to let anyone close, and he has to me just a job for her, or else she’ll lose hers.
This book is packed with emotions, heat, and a terrific storyline filled with lovable characters that I’ll be desperately hoping get their own stories.
Skye Jordan has outdone herself with this book. I’ve read most of her books and love them all, but this one jumped to the top of the list quite easily. Something about the characters, and Austin and Everly’s connection just wormed it’s way in my heart and I couldn’t get enough of their story!
I HIGHLY suggest this book. It’s a must-read!
